Shock Absorber – 12 Months
Hydraulic Brake Unit – 12 Months
Exhaust Pipe – 12 Months
Seat – 12 Months
Option to extend warranty at further cost. Ask for details.
4. Any cost incurred returning the item will be borne by the buyer. You as the buyer must return the item to us if you cancel the order under the distance selling regulations. You must also ensure that you take reasonable care to ensure the item is not damaged when returning it to our warehouse.
5. We accept returns on an exchange basis, we are sorry but we do not offer refunds.
6. Please return any defective item covered by the warranty with all packaging materials. The item will be inspected to check usage.
9. If a defective item is deemed to have been used then we reserve the right not to accept it.
10. Provided we are satisfied with usage and defectiveness of the item, we will replace the item free of charge.
11. Shipping and any other fees are not refundable.

Voided Warranty Examples:
a. use wrong fuel and blow the engine
b. Crash quad
c. break something on quad abusing it.
Legal Agreement:
By this Agreement, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from Quad Bike LTD or its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees, and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my or my child’s activities with the above item(s).
Assumption of Risk/Liability Disclaimer: As the Seller, I am not liable for any actions resulting from the use or misuse of this item. Buyers assume all liability and responsibility for all usage of this vehicle. By purchasing you agree to release me, the Seller, from all liability, expense, loss, liability, damage, legal fees, or any other costs which may be incurre as a result of such claims.
